General questions about our company and ordering are answered in our Frequently Asked Questions. If you have already placed an order and wish to obtain the status of your order, your delivery tracking number or need to make changes to your order or its delivery address you can do so online through the My Account section of this web site.

Order Enquiries
Most order queries or changes are easily accomplished using our web site but in the event that you need to contact us regarding an order we request that you reference you order number at all times to allow us to deal with your enquiry.
We often receive praise for our quick replies to e-mails however at busy times of the year such as November onwards, we may require 24 hours to respond to your enquiry so we ask for your kind patience.
