Delivery Information

At present we only ship within the UK. Delivery is free and orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.

A signature is required for delivery. If the Royal Mail is unable to obtain a signature when they attempt to deliver your parcel, you will receive a postcard with collection details and your order will be held at your local Royal Mail delivery office for 7 days. If you do not collect your parcel after 7 days it is returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of redelivery.

At The Fragrance Shop we make every effort to process all our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have devised the grid below to advise you when you can expect delivery of your order.
