I was looking at your website last week and was having trouble navigating it. I called the customer service number and spoke to a gentlemen [Tom], i didn't catch his name, anyway he spent over 20 mins talking me through a purchase and he was so helpful. In the end i didn't make a purchase as i couldn't decide however i am going to soon. Most people use websites for quick and easy ways to order things so i doubt that many people call in regards to using the site but the person i spoke was patient but also keen to make to sure i understood the proccess as i can buy from you no problem.
