For a chance to win a romantic weekend, simply complete the details on the entry coupon and hand over to one of our sales consultants. Closing date 14th Feb 2010. No entries will be accepted after this date. All entries will then be placed into a draw. Winner will be the first one to be drawn out from an independent draw. By entering the draw you are opting in to received promotion and offers via email and other methods from The Fragrance Shop and its partners. The Fragrance Shop will not take any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, physical or fatal injury incurred before, during or after the prize winning weekend to either the winner or their ‘partner’. Once booking is made, no alterations can be made. No cash alternative will be offered. Failure to check in at the hotel/ failure to claim the prize will be deemed as forfeiting the prize and no alternatives will be offered. Draw will take place on 26th March 2010. Winner will receive a weekend break in London to include 2 nights accommodation at a central London hotel plus £250 spending money. The 2 nights must be Friday /Saturday or Saturday/Sunday and does not include Bank Holiday weekends. You must take your weekend break between 10th May 2010 and 20th December 2010. The Fragrance Shop will book a hotel (min 3 star) and provide £250 spending money in the form of a cheque. The Fragrance Shop will not be responsible for making any travel arrangements. Winner will be notified via email by 5th April 2010. Winner will have until 12th April 2010 to respond. Damaged/defaced/ photocopied entries will not be accepted. The Fragrance Shop will not be responsible for lost or damaged entry forms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
