Managers (full time) - The Role:

• To maintain high standards of personal and store presentation to maximise 'The Fragrance Shop' image to the customer.
• To achieve realistic individual sales and customer service levels as specified by the manager.
• To work with the manager to improve personal development of sales and customer service skills.
• To comply with the companys financial controls and administration systems.
