Stress is something that affects every one of us. Whether it’s on a regular basis or once in a blue moon, when you feel stress it can affect your mind and body in various ways, and everyone finds their own personal ways of dealing with it.

Finding the right coping mechanism for you isn’t always as straightforward as it sounds. What works for you, may not work for someone else and vice versa. Essentially, it’s a method of trial and error until you find something that helps you.
