March is officially National Bed Month.

What a fabulous month to celebrate. National Bed Month is here and we’ve got plenty of snooze-related content prepared for you.

So, you’re probably wondering what National Bed Month is all about (apart from the obvious, I suppose), and there’s more to it than meets the eye. The Sleep Council, who are responsible for this wonderful month dedicated to our beds, set up in 1995 in order to share their vision that sleep is a huge component of health and wellbeing. They believe that everyone who suffers with sleep difficulties, on any level, should have full and easy access to effective, consistent, and evidence-based help and support.  

This March, we’re going to be putting together some top-tips for those of you who do struggle to get to sleep, or stay asleep. We also have a whole range of fantastic sleep aiding products which we’ll pull together for you, to ensure that you get the best night’s sleep possible and feel totally relaxed before you hit the hay.
