Think camp, think fashion, think Met Gala 2019. Without question, it’s the most anticipated red carpet of the year with the most exaggerated fashion and beauty looks.
The biggest night for fashion, hair and beauty took place in New York last night. The Metropolitan Museum of Art was filled with some of the most iconic looks of all time (we called it) all of which follow the theme of Camp: Notes on Fashion. We’d be utterly disappointed if these celebs didn’t go all out, so here are our favourite beauty bits from last night:
Lupita Nyong’o

There are so many things going on with this look, so many things done so well. If that’s not adhering to this year’s theme, we don’t know what is.
Ezra Miller

Ezra Miller had his eyes on us all night and we’re absolutely here for it.
Hailey Bieber

The absolute definition of glowing.
Laverne Cox

All we want to do for the rest of our lives is wear blue eye shadow and match our hair to it. Thanks, Laverne Cox.
Billie Porter

Billie Porter just set the bar beyond high for any entrance ever again after being carried in by six shirtless men. Obviously, this was the only appropriate eye-look for such an event. Love. It.
Lucy Boynton

Fairy tale princess, but Fashion. We adore her, her rhinestone details and blue hair (is there a theme going on here?)
Sophie Turner

Forget blue hair, Sophie Turner’s Game of Thrones styled metallic blue eyes and silver hair is everything we need right now as the finale draws closer.
Lily Collins

Lily Collins’ headband game is in full force, accompanied by lilac eyes, flowers and a lot of hairspray, she’s looking incredible.
Jennifer Lopez

We couldn’t out-sparkle J.Lo if we tried (we wouldn’t dare). She looks unreal, as always, and the fact that everything is matchy-matchy just makes us love her more.
Cardi B

Cardi B, Queen of Hearts. If her dress wasn’t stunning enough, her impeccable matching red lips have topped it off.
Hamish Bowles

Back at it with the blue hair. Throw in some purple feathers and heels and ta-da! Met Gala outfit on point.
Michael Urie

Michael Urie has gone for two looks in one and matched his makeup accordingly. Hats off to him for wearing two different shoes all night, he looks incredible.
Show us your Met Gala inspired makeup looks and tell us who’s looks you are loving from last night. Until next year, Met Gala.
