You’re going to fall head over heels for Love Jamila.
Love Island might be over for another year, but it’s the gift that keeps on giving. You’ll remember island sweetheart Camilla Thurlow from season three and her knight in Calvin Klein’s who swept her off her feet, Jamie Jewitt. If you’ve been following their journey since they were runners up on the show back in 2017, you’ll be familiar with their passion for charity work.
Their latest venture in helping the world become a better place, was making a sustainable skincare range which is made from completely natural ingredients, stored in recyclable packaging and profits are, of course, going towards charity, Help Refugees. What more could you want?
They’ve named their beauty line Love Jamila, obviously, and it features the likes of a lip scrub, eye cream, multi-balm (which they’ve labelled ‘Camjam’ – we love) and travel candles.
Camilla told GLAMOUR that one of her main inspirations for the beauty line was a reflection of her time in the Love Island villa. “My time in the villa taught me to keep it simple. I don’t want to miss an hour of sleep to do a complex skin routine. Also, I try to stick with the products that work for me. To be honest, what’s been crucial to learn is that when you feel better, you look better. That’s why the term ‘inside-out beauty’ is so true.” We couldn’t agree more.
