Dreaming of a weekend snuggled on the sofa?
Aren’t we all. Rain or shine, the weather has officially turned chilly, so what better to do on a cold autumnal Sunday than stay in your favourite PJ’s, curl up on the sofa and indulge yourself in another world. Here are our recommendations of what to delve into this weekend:
A Year in Space – Netflix

Scott Kelly spent a year in space on a mission to discover whether humans have the ability and endurance to survive a flight to Mars. Scott has an identical twin which launches a comparison investigation into the effects that being in orbit has on human bodies. New to Netflix on Tuesday, this twelve-part series is one to binge this weekend.
Modern Love – Amazon Prime

Modern Love is an Amazon Original series based on the weekly column that are published by The New York Times. An American romantic comedy that has grown into a podcast, and now a series since the column began fifteen years ago. It’s one of the most contributed to features in the newspaper’s history and it covers all kinds of romance, feelings, betrayal and revelations.
The Testaments by Margaret Atwood

The much anticipated sequel to the modern classic, A Handmaids Tale, The Testaments is here. It brings the iconic story to a dramatic conclusion, and we can’t think of anything better than cosy-ing up on the sofa with this on a Sunday afternoon. Race you to Waterstones?
Marie Claire Magazine

The last print edition of Marie Claire is currently on sale. Not only is it a fantastic read, but it’s a momentous issue as the publication brings it’s print years to an end to go online only. Its one to keep if you ask us.
