Welcome back, everyone! We are thrilled to say The Fragrance Shop is re-opening its UK stores next week on Monday 12th April.
Following the government’s announcement on Tuesday 6th April, we can confirm all of our stores in England and Wales will open their doors once again to welcome you back to the high street. After months of online-only shopping, our teams of fragrance experts are ready to welcome you with open arms (at a safe distance, of course!) to spritz some goodness into your lives.
Our fragrance experts have been specially trained to assist and help customers sample fragrances safely. All stores will operate a one-way system with social distance guide markers in place to ensure the two-metre rule is followed without worry, and cash desks will all be sanitised after each purchase to ensure everyone is in good, clean hands.
It’s been a while since we could help you smell the best new fragrances in person but you’ll have the chance to try before you buy once again! With many new fragrances launched since our stores were last open in 2020, there will be plenty of scents to spray.
Even better, the England and Wales stores will reopen during our huge Spring Sale so everyone can shop fragrances up to 60% off*!
As of Friday 9th April, non-essential retail shops are still due to reopen in Scotland two weeks later on Monday 26th April. Our Scottish stores are focused on getting the stores ready to open safely on time until then, and we will let you know if there are any changes according to government plans before then.
