Participants must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to participate in the competition. The following are not eligible to participate: (i) Employees and immediate family members of employees of The Fragrance Shop ('the Promoter'), any company responsible for redemption of prizes/vouchers or for supplying prizes for the Promotion and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors, (ii) other persons assisting with this Promotion, (iii) any person not being an individual person, (iv) any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert, and (v) any person entering via an agent or using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions.

Participation in the Promotion is scheduled to take place from Friday 24th September 2021 to Friday 8th October 2021 (inclusive).

Anyone who completes the promotion after this time will not be valid. The Fragrance Shop accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind.

12 Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Monday 11th October 2021.

The winners will receive a 100ml Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal Pour Homme Eau De Toilette fragrance.

The winners will be notified by email using account details held on Monday 11th October and must reply to this email, providing a postal address to claim their prize. 

If a winner does not respond to this email within 7 days, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and The Fragrance Shop will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above until the prize is claimed. 

Once a postal address has been confirmed, the prize will be sent to the winner by post within 2 days, The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Fragrance Shop reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

The Fragrance Shop reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Fragrance Shop's control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of the Fragrance Shop regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Fragrance Shop must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Fragrance Shop will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] one month after the closing date. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Fragrance Shop reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Fragrance Shop reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Fragrance Shop, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Fragrance Shop, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
