As a family-owned business, we class every member of The Fragrance Shop part of the family. From our loyal staff to our customers, each person forms the heartbeat of our company, and so it’s our duty to keep each and every one of them safe, especially in these unprecedented circumstances due to the spread of COVID-19.

In order to keep everyone protected and healthy, we have decided to temporarily close all our stores after trading hours today (22/03/20). It was of course a difficult decision, but one that we know is for the best as the health of our colleagues and those who shop with us are our top priority. 

In these surreal and uncertain times, we want to continue to spread love, hope and positivity, therefore we will still be active throughout our social media channels and you will still be able to shop online at www.thefragranceshop.co.uk. Our warehouse team will be working diligently by getting your orders over to you as normal. 

We’d like to thank all of you who have shopped with us in the past and present, and we look forward to welcoming you back into our stores in the near future. Until then, stay well and safe and we’ll see you on the other side – our loyal customers and our brilliant staff.
