Still not received my order!! I ordered an aftershave as a birthday present on 13/04 . I spoke to the team end april/ early may and filled out forms for them to start an investigation as it was a missing parcel . I then heard nothing back so chased to then be told I had to wait another 30 days for the investigation to happen . It’s now 15/06 and I’ve heard nothing still . Would not recommend. UPDATE It’s now almost July, I’ve spoken to three people through the chat and they all assured me everything was okay and my replacement was in process. I just rang up to chase for the fourth time and the lady said she’s going home for the day but no actions were taken and she will request the replacements tomorrow morning. So the absolute rubbish the first three people told me was a lie because nothing was done about it. Not good enough.
