Here at The Fragrance Shop we are First For Fragrance – we work hard to ensure our customers can buy fabulous fragrances at competitive prices.

To back this up, as an authorised retailer of the fragrances we sell, we match the displayed prices of the UK’s main multichannel, authorised fragrance retailers that are located within 5 miles of the store. To do this we use a live daily feed of competitor’s prices.

The authorised fragrance retailers we match against are;

- Superdrug
- Debenhams
- The Perfume Shop
- House of Fraser
- John Lewis
- Selfridges

Price Match Terms & Conditions

 - Price match is applicable on the date of purchase only.
 - Product must be in stock and available to buy immediately on the competing retailer’s web site, not just available to order.
 - Price Match will only apply to the first item on a multiple purchase of the same items. This can be changed at our discretion.
 - Price Match can only be used against the displayed price on an authorised competitor’s website and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, e.g. vouchers, member discounts, staff discount, bounce-backs, scratch cards, promotional discounts etc.
 - Price match cannot be offered against competitor promotions offering a discount on bundle deals, e.g. buy 2 for £20, on spend threshold deals, e.g. spend £60.00 and get 15% off, or short-term promotions where there is a blanket discount and individual product prices are not reduced.
 - Price Match does not apply to clearance and discontinued lines.
 - Price Match does not apply to outlet or online only retailers.
 - Price Match does not apply when a competitor is in administration or closing down.
 - We reserve the right to withdraw Price Match at any time. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
