Vouchers never arrived and I phoned several times to be told they have been put in the post. They never did arrive and I have still not received my refund. I tried to speak to a supervisor only to be told that supervisors did not take calls from customers. A call needed to be booked and someone would call back within 2 days................

Really bad customer service. Supposed to receive gift by 24th Dec. Second week in Jan after several mails it had still not arrived so I requested a refund. Will never bother with this company again.
