I have not received my £50 gift card,having emailed them countless times to no reply,apart from an email two weeks later from customer services April Tomlinson saying my case was resolved,NO,NO,NO it is NOT,NO REFUND NO GIFT CARD!,I have tried phoning to be held for hours and getting no reply,saying busy with other customers,they take the money quickly from your account but give you nothing in return,if I could give this company a minus rating I would,read reviews on TRUSTPILOT I wish I had before ordering from this company,the reviews are horrendous,with all saying the same thing,never getting their orders and no refund,customer service is abysmal (that's if you are lucky to get through),AVOID,AVOID,AVOID
