Having been given excellent service last year with my son when it first opened. We decided to visit again with my daughter and were really disappointed with the service we received. The perfume was at the front labelled 50% off but the assistant told us we could only but it for £20 (full price £40) providing we bought something for £10 first. We said we didn’t want to buy anything else. So he said if you buy one then you can have the other one for £20. I said that would mean they would cost us £30 each. We decided to leave then later I went back and questioned the assistant again and asked him to put the perfumes through the till as I wasn’t happy that he wasn’t honouring the 50% discount. Low and behold once he scanned them they were as labelled 50% off! We bought 2 perfumes (one each) but were quite upset that the assistant was initially trying to overcharge us.
